The three spaces were, Bio Roxy, Örebro Konsthall and Örebro Läns Museum. For 2008 years festival, Art Video Screening was the head coordinator in cooperation with the other three art institutions.
During the festival there were two official lectures focusing on Swedish and international video art. And talks by the invited curators where they talked about the programme they have selected and video art from their countries/ regions or their own-run events.
